The hotel offers spacious, clean, and modern rooms, perfect for a large family. The AirCon was a crucial feature. The service was generally good, although a particular staff member caused some concern. The location is convenient for exploring and safe for families, but transportation to other areas can be expensive. Dining options are limited and overpriced. Facilities are adequate.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The rooms were so comfy, and the staff truly went above and beyond to address my concerns, like changing my room to a better view after I complained. However, the lack of AC was a downside that affected my overall comfort.
